Hi! I'm Scott Solmonson

Coming from a career as a desktop engineer and help desk technician, I strived to find ways to fix quick issues and create new solutions to for more complex matters. I had pride in ensuring the company’s structure was evolving and employees experienced as little downtime as possible.
From this I always wanted to evolve my career, and one in gaining a skillset in development was an ever growing passion of mine. When I found General Assembly I knew I had placed myself exactly where I wanted to be. “Helping code the world to a better place.” , is the phrase I continue to think about as I continue to grow as a developer.
